Ter gelegenheid van de 112ste verjaardag van Alfa Romeo heeft Valtteri Bottas met zijn Alfa Romeo F1-bolide doorheen Milan gereden.

Het Italiaanse merk met het befaamde ‘klavertje vier’ mocht vandaag haar 112ste verjaardag vieren. Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili, ofwel ALFA, zag toen het levenslicht.

Valtteri Bottas reed om dat te vieren met een Sauber F1-bolide gehuld in de kleuren van Alfa Romeo door Milaan. Daarbij bezocht hij enkele monumentale plaatsen. Naast de Piazza Duomo volgden ook nog de Piazza San Babila, Porta Nuova, het centraal station en het futuristische City Life district.”

Bottas eindigde zijn trip voor de nieuwe flagship store van Alfa Romeo in de via Gattamelata waar in 1910 de allereerste productie-eenheid van Alfa Romeo zich bevond.”
